Cancellation and Refund Policy

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement presented to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and all other applicable legislation in force concerning the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.

3. Shipping costs related to product delivery shall be covered in accordance with applicable legislation and the terms of the order.

4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person or entity at the address specified by the buyer during the ordering process, within the statutory delivery period prescribed by applicable legislation. If the product is not delivered within the legally prescribed period, the buyer may exercise their rights under applicable legislation.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and together with any relevant documents, such as a warranty certificate and user manual, where applicable.

6. If delivery of the product becomes impossible, the seller shall notify the buyer within the period prescribed by applicable legislation from the date on which the seller becomes aware of the situation. Refunds of payments received shall be processed in accordance with the periods and conditions set forth in applicable legislation.
